Project Overview

Oystra is an architectural marvel designed to elevate the standard of luxury seafront residences. Created as a living sculpture, the development blends striking visual form with practical functionality, offering residents a refined coastal lifestyle shaped by elegance, comfort, and attention to detail.

The design draws inspiration from the mysterious beauty of the oyster and the timeless elegance of the pearl. Soft opalescent tones, subtle luminous details, rounded curves, organic textures, and layered materials create a graceful atmosphere that reflects purity, hidden richness, and natural transformation.

Oystra’s curved façades, flowing balconies, and seamless architectural transitions are inspired by the movement of water, allowing the building to connect beautifully with its surroundings while standing as an iconic structure on Al Marjan Island. Every element is designed to feel fluid, calm, and visually refined.

The interiors continue this concept of organic form and understated luxury. Spaces are crafted with modern finishes, soft curves, natural elements, and elegant detailing that create a welcoming yet sophisticated environment. The residences are semi-furnished with built-in wardrobes and kitchen cabinetry, while kitchen appliances are expected to be from Miele or similar premium brands.
